Pick your shape, and we laser engrave it right here in our shop. Every patch is cut and burned individually, so no two are exactly alike.
How it works
- Choose your shape — 25 options, from classic circles to a Texas outline, longhorn skull, western buckle and more.
- Choose With Image or Without Image. Select With Image and an upload box appears — drop in your logo, brand, photo or artwork and we'll burn it onto the patch.
- We do the rest. We clean up your file, position it inside the stitch line, and send you a proof before we burn.
Sizes
Every shape is sized for the front panel of a standard adult trucker or baseball cap — big enough to read, clear of the seams. Nothing runs wider than 3".

Every patch carries a stitched-look engraved border set just inside the edge. Sizes are finished cut dimensions and may vary by about 1/16".
Artwork tips
- PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF all work. Higher resolution engraves sharper.
- High-contrast, single-color artwork gives the cleanest burn. Photos are engraved as grayscale.
- Keep important detail away from the edges — the engraved stitch line is the safe area.
